Above all, Les Assembleurs is a place to live and share, around wine, but not exclusively. Our cuisine is generous and authentic, our beers are carefully selected and we are delighted to be able to share our passion with you.

Wine bars

From the vine to the glass, our 20 wines pass into the hands or our oenologist in order to offer you the best wines, at the right price : the one that values the quality and work of the wine and not the bottle. Because here, just wine on tap ! Kegs enable us to propose high-quality products while reducing our carbon footprint in addition to allowing us to offer you wines that are « brut de cuve », meaning that they taste as good as if you were tasting them directly from our cellar.

Wine bars and restaurants in Lyon

Welcome to Les Assembleurs! Open six days a week in the 3rd and 7th arrondissements of Lyon, our establishments are intended to be real places to live and share. In the morning, we welcome you for coffee, then at lunchtime, we offer you a bistronomic menu that changes every day.

To end the day, it is our elaborate tapas that arrive on the table, to share or not, but always around a glass of wine, a beer or a cocktail. On the bar side, we offer 20 wines on tap (just like beer), with a simple aim : introduce you into the world of grape varieties, blending but overall pleasure.

In the kitchen, our menus are renewed daily just as our evening tapas menu, while always making it a point of using fresh, seasonal and short-circuit products.

It's near the Rhône's river banks that our first place opened in 2019 : Les Assembleurs Préfecture.
Four years later, we inaugurated Les Assembleurs Garibaldi.

We produce, vinify, blend or source all our wines with a simple aim : introduce you into the world of grape varieties and blending. Les Assembleurs is just friends gathering around the idea of refreshing the sometimes posh world of wine. And now it’s your turn to create your blending to your linking !

About food

Les Assembleurs is not only a fantastic wine bar ! The lunch menu is renewed daily and include 2 starters, 3 courses (a fish, a meat and a vegetarian) and 3 desserts. In the evening, the products that make up the lunch menu are declined to concoct the evening tapas menu.

Our cuisine change according to the seasons and the desires of the team. While remaining simple and effective, we want to have an creative cuisine. That's why we push it every day to the crossings of countries, flavors and traditions. Latin America for spices, Italy for burratina, French tradition for know-how,...

Moreover, we make a point to sublimate our cuisine with fresh products and supplied via short circuits.

A duplicable concept

Building on the success of our Lyon establishments, we decide to see things bigger and develop our brand license. In the sector of bars and restaurants in France, Les Assembleurs is the only brand to offer the creation of places which put back wine in the center of establishment and whose production is managed entirely within the group.
